“Double Barrel” Honey Dip Stout
Our Honey Dip Stout given the “Double Barrel” treatment and taken to an entirely new level. 50% aged in rye barrels, 50% aged in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels, then blended together just prior to kegging. All the identifiable flavors in Honey Dip Stout (vanilla, honey, oak) are softened and rounded by the aging process. The barrel aging adds a deep chocolate flavor, another layer of sweet richness, and subtle notes of bourbon. A soft mouthfeel adds another nuance to the complexity of this world class offering.
