CHOCOLATE CHIP HONEY DIP STOUT

Chocolate Chip Honey Dip Stout

A limited barrel release of our Imperial Stout. We brew this version with Madagascar vanilla beans and a ridiculous amount of honey, then age it on unfinished oak and grilled cocoa nibs. The result is a combination of sweet vanilla and rich honey balanced against bittersweet dark chocolate. These flavors combine with the soft, velvety mouthfeel to mimic the sensation of eating a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie.
